Fundraising Strategy

Please note that our current fund-raising strategy is as follows:

1. Gain support from family, friends, and contacts of the Iana Team to cover the basic administrative costs of running Iana Financial.

2. Focus on applying for funding through grants; this money has already been earmarked for initiatives like the Iana Education Fund, so we’d like to access these funds first.

3. Approach specific organizations and individuals for support.  Many organizations agree with Iana’s vision and goals and supporting Iana for them is like supporting themselves.

4. Major fund-raising events and campaigns. Finally, to help the maximum amount of people, we plan to raise funds through events to increase our reach. 

Support Iana

Your contribution today will inshaAllah help someone complete their education without the burden of paying interest on their loan.  They can pay the loan off quicker than traditional loans, they can focus on saving for a home for their family, or buying a reliable vehicle, or saving for their childrens’ education.  And for that act of kindness, for helping someone else, Allah will help you.

There are multiple ways to support the Iana Education Fund: you can give Iana an interest-free loan, donate monthly, or offer a one-time donation.  See below for more information.

Donating is not the only way to support Iana, some people prefer to give Iana Financial a loan.  The process is simple: specify the amount and the duration of the loan, we sign the agreement and accept the funds to use in the operations of Iana Financial, then we pay you back at the agreed time inshaAllah.  If you would like to pursue this option, please click on the link above, print and fill out the form, then email it to us at .

Donate

Donations will go to further Iana Financial’s programs.  The Iana Education Fund grows through generous contributions from people like yourself.  To donate, follow the instructions below, both monthly donations and one-time donations are accepted and appreciated.

Please note: we currently do not have charitable status but are in the application process.  Please be aware that your donation may not receive a tax-receipt.  Also be aware that Allah’s tax-receipts are immediate and come in many shapes and colors!
